At the end of 2002, Matt resigned as the Broker-In-Charge at Hawaii's largest brokerage to focus exclusively on his clients, and personal investments. In late 2007 Matt began consulting with Wasabi Marketing Elements regarding the creation of Hawaii Life Real Estate Services LLC. In May of 2008 Matt took on his current role as President and Principal Broker at Hawaii Life.

Matt Beall moved to Kauai in 1994 from Livingston, Montana. Originally from Atlanta, Georgia, Matt became one of Kauai's many visitors who followed through on the thought, "Why don't I live here?"
Shortly after arriving on Kauai, Matt was hired as the restaurant manager at the Bali Hai Restaurant in Princeville's Hanalei Bay Resort. After a few years in the hospitality industry, Matt spent two years abroad, sailing throughout the South Pacific, traveling to New Zealand, Australia, and throughout Asia and Europe. Matt returned home to Kauai and started his career in real estate in 1998.
After becoming one of Kauai’s top real estate agents, he was recruited by the largest Hawaii brokerage to serve as Broker-In-Charge at one of their Kauai offices.
